Pathways to a Healthy Heart - a 12-week walking program for a healthier you

The Pathways to a Healthy Heart events are currently being scheduled in the Dallas area. Dates and locations are listed below. Events will include:

	Cholestec screening
	Health Educators/Physicians on site
	Sign-up for American Heart Association programs Search Your Heart program and De Corazon a Corazon
	Educational Materials from Pfizer
	Referral Guide from Parkland
	Pathways to a Healthy Heart Program Booklet
	FREE Pedometer
	FREE T-Shirt upon completion of walking program
	Walking team formed and captain appointed
	Grab Bag with information

All Pathways to a Healthy Heart Events will be held from 10am to 2pm
